非常に暗い話し そして かつ 重大なニュースですあー。
「かなしばりによくあう人」
「夢をよく見る人」
「なんでもないときに眠ってしまう人」
「体が急に一瞬けいれんする人」
は精神的に病気らしーんですよお。
全部あてはまってんのねー。
んで、つい最近
インターネットで診断したんだけどー…
「うつ病」または「パニック症」の疑いがあるらしー。
なんかちゃんとした病院に行くことをすすめられたんだけど
親にそんなこと言いにくいじゃん?
多分…てか確実に原因は父親だと思うのね。
父親も「うつ病」なのにね汗;
親子２代かよッ。みたいなー。
どーしたらいーのかわかんなあい。
かなりショックなんですけどー。
学校では普段全然そんなんじゃないし
笑ってたりするけど
家じゃ、みんな知らないけど
めちゃくちゃ暗いのね。
「あんたの家ってなんか楽しそう」
って友達に言われるけど-
全然そんなことないんだよね。
家は落ち着くんだけど
父親がね-…。
こんなこと親に言えないし、普段いつもアホみたいな
話しばっかしてる友達にもホントのこと言えないし…。
なんか「あんたってそんな暗い奴なの?」みたいに思われるのも嫌だし。
ってことで
此処に書くしかなくて…汗;
変な話しでゴメーン汗;
やっぱ「本音言える友達」ってのも
すご-く大切だしねッ-。
